Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail First Class or tracked courier service where necessary. Please allow up to 7 days for your package to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot specify at what time a parcel will be delivered on a given day as this will be in the hands of the Royal Mail or our chosen courier. Please note we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
General delivery terms
If you place an order for a number of items we will usually hold dispatch until the entire selection is in stock. If this is likely to delay delivery unreasonably we will contact you to discuss how you would like us to proceed. We understand that you may be out during the day and therefore you may specify a different delivery address. Occasionally, we may contact you if this is the case to ensure your card is not being used fraudulently. Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day - Monday.
We have gone to great lengths to source recycled & environmentally friendly packaging. All the packaging we buy is recyclable and much of it recycled. Where possible we reuse packaging materials that we receive, and hope you will too.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods & packaging are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. To return an item please use the returns label provided and ask for proof of postage from your post office (this is free of charge). Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.
